PROJECT FRESHLOCK: Part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development

The aim of Project FreshLock is to develop and commercialise a novel system of treating and preserving fresh vegetable products through the microwave process. Shelf life will be extended to more than 5 times that of untreated vegetables, potentially eliminating food waste in food businesses and households.
