Early Careers Programme
We engage with local schools and colleges to inspire and encourage careers in Food Manufacturing. We offer valuable insight into our dynamic industry through carefully crafted work experience programs, T- Level Placements and work based Apprenticeships. We have partnered with the National Skills Academy for Food & Drink, supporting and recognising their Careers Passport scheme for those seeking employment in the industry. We have signed the Good Youth Employment Charter, demonstrating our commitment to being a Youth Friendly Employer.
